Q: How do I shop?

A: We have several ways to shop at Wildwood Charm.  You can shop on our website or download our mobile shopping app from the App/Media play store.  You can also shop in our Facebook group or by clicking here. We have a storefront located at 2518 Cleveland Highway, Dalton, GA 


Q: How do I return an item?

A:  We hope you love your item, but if you don't, we do accept returns.  All returns must be made within 14 days of the day you received the item.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.  Once received, we will issue you a store credit for the item that can be used to purchase a new item.  All returned items must be in new condition with all tags attached.  Returns must also be free of pet hair or any foul odors. Any items that are purchased on sale or with a coupon code are sale final and cannot be returned or exchange. Please include a copy of our return card with any returns made.  You can find a copy of the return card by clicking here.


Q: I received my item and it is damaged! What do I do?

A: We do our best to inspect items before they go out, but we do sometimes miss things.  If you receive a damaged item, please don't worry, we will make it right.  Just send an e-mail to customerservice@wildwoodcharm.com with a photo of the damage and a photo of the care tag on the inside of the item.  We will get back with you right away with a resolution!
